    Prof. Chitra Weddikkara Is qualified in the fields of Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Project Management and Law. She was the Head of Department of Building Economics and the Dean of the Faculty of Architecture at University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.

    She is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Fellow Member of Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors, Fellow of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors of Sri Lanka, Fellow of the Sri Lanka Institute of Architects, Fellow Member of Institute of Project Managers, Member of the Royal Australian Institute of Architects, Associate member of Australian Institute of Builders, Member of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Board in Sydney, Australia and (LEADR).

    She is the Emeritus Professor of the Department of Building Economics at the University of Moratuwa. She is engaged as an Advisor/Member on Construction related Disputes in the SARRC Region being the holder of a Ph.D. in Law in the area of Dispute Resolution in the Construction Industry, she counts well over 40 years of experience in the Design and Implementation in the construction industry. She is in the advisory capacity of many Governmental boards such as a member of the Procurement Commission under the Constitutional Council of Sri-Lanka , member of Construction Industry Development Authority (CIDA) to name a few.

    She is also the Past President of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors, the Past President of the Institute of Architects SriLanka, was the President of the Commonwealth Association of Surveyors and Land Economists (CASLE),(a grouping of RICS members of the Commonwealth countries) .

    R. Susil Weddikkara is a Chartered Architect , Urban & Regional Planner and a Project Manager, who counts well over 30 years of experience in the Design industry both in Sri Lanka and abroad. While in Australia he served in the capacity of Architect, Senior Project Architect, in many leading Architectural practices on projects ranging from multimillion dollar shopping complexes, Municipal Administration buildings.

    He also served in the capacity of resident Architect to a group of four Hospitals inclusive of Royal Perth Hospital, which is the Research Hospital in the state of Western Australia and the Royal Perth Rehabilitation Hospital. He was responsible for all building projects connected with the on-going process of Modernization in the Hospital facilities and provision of new facilities.

    Lalantha Amarasekera

    Mr. Lalantha Amarasekera has over 20 years' experience and is qualified in the fields of Quantity Surveying and Project Management, and holds a Master of Science in Project Management and a Bachelor Degree in Quantity Surveying from the University of Moratuwa. He is a Fellow member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors (AIQS) and Institute of Quantity Surveyors- Sri Lanka.

    He was the Honorary Secretary of the Institute of Quantity Surveyors Sri Lanka and has served as the member representing the QS profession and Vice President of the Organisation of Professional Associations Sri Lanka; (Apex Body of the professionals), member of the Steering Committee of the Institute of Construction Training and Development, Sri Lanka (ICTAD), and board member of the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.

    Mr. Amarasekera has held senior positions as Manager, Senior and Chief Quantity Surveyor in large organisations, responsible for many small medium and Mega projects, both in Sri Lanka and abroad, prior to joining the QServe team.
